Gina Backer- Sherpa Real Estate

"Gina Backer wasn't just my realtor—she became a true friend during one of the biggest transitions in my life. My house was definitely not an easy sale, and it took almost two years to finally close the deal. Throughout that entire journey, Gina never lost patience, never stopped working hard, and was always honest with me, even when the conversations were difficult. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client. She was supportive, encouraging, and always had my best interests at heart. Her professionalism, dedication, and kindness made a challenging process much easier to navigate. I am incredibly grateful for everything Gina did for me and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond. She's truly one of a kind."

"We had such an amazing home buying experience with Gina! She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She connected us with a lender, found us a surveyor, and walked us through many tours of the property. She is a wonderful communicator, always quick to respond to our questions and eager to help move the process along to closing. We are so grateful to her and highly recommend her for any real estate needs!"

"My wife and I worked with Gina to purchase a home in Pagosa Springs, and she was fantastic to work with! Purchasing remotely from Pennsylvania, we needed an agent who understood our preferences, was proactive at keeping us informed, and who would guide us through the local real estate transaction process. Gina met all of our expectations. Her knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, patience in answering our questions, and consistently clear and timely communication made our home buying experience virtually stress-free. We found her by chance, but if we need an agent in the area again Gina will be our first call!"
