"A great extension of the riverwalk experience, just a little further down from Town Park but with a slightly more open, local feel. It still has that same peaceful river backdrop, but with wider spaces that make it ideal for spreading out, whether that’s a picnic, letting kids run, or just enjoying the scenery without feeling crowded. The walking paths connect nicely along the river, so it’s perfect if you want to keep exploring on foot or bike. You’ll see people fishing, tubing, or just relaxing by the water, and it feels a bit less busy than the main town park, which makes it easy to unwind. It’s simple and not overly developed, but that’s part of what makes it enjoyable. Clean, easy to access, and a nice balance of nature and convenience. Advice: if Town Park feels a little too busy, keep walking and land here. It’s the quieter version with just as good of views, especially if you’re looking for a more laid-back spot to sit by the river."

"This is a sweet little park right on the banks of the San Juan River. It's a nice green space, a good place to relax and listen to the river rush by. Or you can walk right into the river here! There are restrooms in a little building with a mural on the side. There's nice landscaping near the restroom building. There are cool bike racks too, and the grass is nice here."

"Enjoyed walking on the Paved road to walk on San Juan riverwalk. Super dog friendly! The greenhouse dome is really cool to see."
