"I had a brake issue when going over Wolf Creek Pass. I had No BS Automotive recommended to me. I called and explained my situation. They were booked solid and very busy but agreed to try and work me in. I couldn’t be more pleased. They diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part and had me on my way in no time, all for a very fair price. This place is the best. Competent, honest and reasonable. If you need a good mechanic in Pagosa Springs, this is the place!"

"I have an old '09 Mini Cooper that I'm pretty crazy about. Last March it began to run rough with an amber engine light staying on, so I quit driving it. Not really needing it, I parked it all summer and just worried about it. I was afraid I'd just eventually have to get rid of it. In early October I talked with Brian, not having met him, but having heard good things about him, and having known and respected his dad since 1977. I had my Mini hauled in to No BS, and that's exactly what they are, No BS. Brian ran a diagnostic and knew what was wrong. He ordered parts, fixed it, and I was back on the road in two days. I don't "need" the car, but I really like it. Brian did exactly what he said he would do and got it back to me in half the time I expected. And he was unexpectedly reasonable. I had heard from many people over the years that if there's anything wrong with your car that you can't fix yourself, Brian at No BS is the one to call because he is the very best in the region and probably beyond. True that. I think Brian and No BS is a local treasure. It's a drag having a car breaking down or needing work done, but in the future, if I do need work on any of my vehicles, I'm calling Brian. Thank you, Dan Evans"
